Enjoy the wildlife safaris

And experience these incredible creatures in their natural habitat

People are not the only ones drawn to this beauty. The archipelago is also home to many wonderful animal species that have been living alongside us for centuries. These include magnificent, endangered and protected creatures such as Griffon vultures and Bottlenose dolphins that chose this natural heaven as their permanent home.

Blue World Institute

The sea world haven

It is a friendly place where the team of experts will teach you about protection of the marine environment in the Adriatic Sea. The institute operates three programs – research, education, and conservation. Their research focuses mainly on large marine vertebrates (dolphins, whales, sea turtles, sharks and giant devil rays) on which their education activities and conservation projects are based on. They work from the Adriatic islands with the local communities, and collaborate nationally, regionally and internationally to advance sustainable marine management and environmental sustainability in the Mediterranean Basin.

Dolphin safari

Connect with these incredible creatures

Bottlenose dolphins of Lošinj are playful and curious creatures that represent one of the strongest symbols of the Island. Even though there are hundreds of dolphins in the archipelago, it takes a great skill and knowledge of the area to locate them.
Hop on the boat, enjoy the cruise between the islands, experience these incredible creatures in their natural habitat and capture your unforgettable moments!

Beli visitor center

A true sanctuary for these incredible birds

The Beli Visitor Center and Rescue Center for Griffon Vultures is the place where you can find out more about the exceptional and well-preserved biodiversity of the island Cres and the millennia-long coexistence of local people and Griffon vultures. As a result of the Center’s dedicated and passionate team and their monitoring of the Griffon vulture population, education, and sustainable presentation of the island’s natural and cultural heritage to tourists, active measures are being taken to protect the endangered Griffon vultures.

Griffon vulture safari

Whiteness the last Croatian population

Vultures are charismatic birds. They have shared their living space with humans for a very long time and have thus entered into folk stories and legends, playing an important ecological and cultural role on the island. Kvarner population is unique in the world because they nest on cliffs, right above the sea, before they start their migration across Europe, or even Africa.
Watching the last Croatian population of Griffon Vultures from our boat will be a breathtaking experience.
